Im very sad to hear of it, & would like to wish him a very Happy Xmas wherever he is now.. Thankyou for your unique sincere voice & music Eugene.... I am still singing and playing "Another Tear Falls" (badly) now. Until I spotted his name on the sheet music of my local jazz funk quintet I thought, in my ignorance he was just another 60's pop star who had faded away. I had not heard "Sweet Forever" until this morning. His voice was as clear and melifluous as it ever was and the song is poignently beautiful. He still brings joy.
